Personal Bio

Meet Senior Structural Engineer, Kyle Jirsa. Kyle graduated from the University of Maryland, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

 

Before joining Structural Solutions, Kyle worked as a marine structural engineer, designing repairs to existing piers, docks and bulkheads. He also worked as a structural engineer designing appurtenances, sign foundations and other small structures.

Kyle has been a structural engineer since 2013. He is experienced in the analysis and design of structures using contemporary structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood. Kyle joined Structural Solutions in 2018 and has served as a Project Manager and Lead Design Engineer for numerous projects throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
